Mindfulness has been defined as maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens. ...(The Greater Good Magazine,)

When you practice mindful living, you are able to tune into what you are sensing in the present moment, whether at work, home or play, and choose how you would like to respond, alleviating the need to, or habit of, rehashing and rehearsing. It allows you to start really living!

In that practice we, at Mindful Living Today, have found the path to a richer, more purpose-filled life and a sense of overall well-being.

Encouraged, inspired and motivated by a variety of tools and practices ourselves, we’re creating a diverse range of products to help you on your journey to live a richer, more purpose-filled life including; The Mindful Living Today FB Community Group, Mindful Living Today Membership (Coming Soon!), Motivational Cards, Just One Thing Podcast, free downloadable practices and more.

Our Mission

We believe that mindful living is the key to well being and happiness.

Our relationships, our health and wellness,  our stress levels, our careers, our overall happiness and well-being have been dramatically improved as we have embraced a mindful approach to all that we do.

Mindful Living Today's tools and methodologies are based on research proving the benefits of Kindness, Gratitude, Savoring, Physical Activity, Good Eating and Sleeping Habits, and Meditation to our overall feelings of well-being...meaning happiness.

Bottom line, We’re happier.  We’d love you to be happier too!

Before I attended Lisa’s mindfulness seminar, I had great difficultly clearing my mind to focus on one task at a time on demand. Lisa taught me several practical techniques that were instantly applicable and successful.  I drove home with mental focus that I had not had before, and I have been able to maintain the same level of clarity for months after. I highly recommend you visit one of Lisa’s mindfulness seminars to learn and practice what can certainly improve the quality of life. Lisa’s tool helped me to view and assess my time realistically - and valuably.  As a result, I made (and am still making!) decisions that supported my most important goals and wipe from my over-packed slate, seemingly important obligations that were actually distracting from my top priorities.  Lisa is compassionate and empathic, yet helps you make sometimes hard decisions to get where you want to be. Before working with Lisa, I would let my big goals scare me and I would freeze in place.  Consequently, I rarely felt like I had anything to celebrate.  With Lisa's tools and gentle guidance, I learned how to pull three things a day from my to do list and actually get them done. I loved learning to accomplish my weekly goals so that I could celebrate. EC

Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns... We may want to love other people without holding back, to feel authentic, to breathe in the beauty around us, to dance and sing. Yet each day we listen to inner voices that keep our life small. Tara Brach
